Hytec is honored to be Ricoh Americas Corporation's Authorized Parts Repair Facility (APRF) for circuit boards, print controllers, staplers, and other electro-mechanical parts. Specializing in component-level repairs and solutions for the Office Imaging Industry for over 25 years, Hytec has earned the trust and confidence of well over 5,000 dealers by providing high-quality repairs, superior customer service, and innovative solutions to help save our customers' time and money.

Hytec has agreed to utilize genuine components in all of its Ricoh related repair services to maintain the high standards for repair that our customers have enjoyed in the past from the National Reclamation Center.

Please be advised that Hytec does offer warranty on repaired PCB’s. However, any failures or claims for Hytec provided components must be addressed directly through Hytec.
